Pale-Billed Flowerpecker is small bird about the size of a sunbird and is one of the three main species of Flowerpeckers found in Kerala. The other two are Nilgiri Flowerpecker and Thick-Billed Flowerpecker.

It is a passerine bird (perching bird) and belongs to the family Dicaeidae (the family of Flowepeckers). The light pinkish bills helps to distinguish it.
Scientific name: Dicaeum erythrorhynchos .
