Black Tipped Forest Glory is a large damselfly, seen throughout in India. As the name suggests, it has black patch on the tip of each wing. That helps to distinguish it from Clear Winged Forest Glory, a similar species.

It is usually found around forested streams, and often rest on leaf blades. Head, thorax and abdomen are green in color. The female has duller colors compared to the male.
